Automatic stretch hood type: SH 300
The device is designed to securely protect the palletized cargo for a minimum of 3 types of pallets with dimensions of 800×1200, 1000×1200, 1100×1100, using 3 different sizes of film ranging from 1000+2F225 to 100+2F310.
The SH-300 device will also accommodate other pallet sizes such as EUR, EUR1, EPAL, EUR6, EPAL6, EUR2, EPAL2, from CP1 to CP9.
The film retrieval mechanism consists of 2 or 3 “maglows” that move together over the cutting and sealing system. The stretching of the hood is achieved by gearmotors on the X and Y axes. The use of servo drives increases linear speed and additionally improves the repeatability of hood application, facilitating device programming. Fans are installed on the guides to facilitate film retrieval and withdrawal.
Automatic rearming is carried out by an input signal from the previous device or by selecting a program on the touchscreen control panel. The pallet height is automatically recognized by a laser sensor.
