Drewmax company makes every effort to ensure that the quality of the service work performed is of the highest standard, and the materials used for repairs are always of the highest quality.
We have a well-stocked warehouse of spare parts, which allows us to dispatch new purchased parts within one day.
We have over 40 service technicians at your disposal.
Our company has liability insurance in the amount of 2,000,000.00 USD, ensuring the safety of the client in terms of protecting their property.
Response times for specific locations:
- Poland – response time to initiate service actions (phone, online contact) within 24 hours, minor repairs completed within 24 hours.
- European Union – response time to initiate service actions (phone, online contact) within 24 hours, minor repairs completed within 72 hours.
- Russia, Ukraine, Belarus – response time to initiate service actions (phone, online contact) within 48 hours, minor repairs completed within 7 days.
- Other countries – response time and repair times are determined individually for each location.
Recommended intervals for paid periodic inspections:
- For automatic lines 2aWN/S and 2aWN/T, it is recommended to have a minimum of 2 inspections per year, starting from the day the line is commissioned.
- For lines WN/S-50, WN/T-50, WB/S-50, and WB/T-50 operating in two or more shifts, it is recommended to have a minimum of 1 inspection per year, starting from the day the line is commissioned.
- For lines WN/S-50, WN/T-50, WB/S-50, and WB/T-50 operating in single shift mode, there are no recommended periodic inspections.
- For Palletizers (all types), it is recommended to have a minimum of 2 inspections per year, starting from the day the line is commissioned.
- For palletizing robots and stretch hood cappers MK-1000, it is recommended to have a minimum of 1 inspection per year, starting from the day the line is commissioned.
