Ladies and Gentlemen,

The partners of Przedsiębiorstwo Wielobranżowe DREWMAX Tadeusz Sąsiadek i Wspólnicy Spółka jawna decided to change the form of running a business by adopting a resolution to transform a general partnership into a limited liability company.

The transformation was based on the relevant decision

issued by the District Court in Opole, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register on 3

October 2022 in the case no. 7674/22/962.

In light of the above, we wish to emphasize that as of the date of issue

of the provisions, the transformed company shall have all rights and obligations

of the transformed company pursuant to the provisions of Art. 553 of the Code of Companies

Handlowe, the NIP and REGON numbers assigned to the company have not changed.
