Ladies and Gentlemen,<\/span><\/p>

The partners of Przedsi\u0119biorstwo Wielobran\u017cowe DREWMAX Tadeusz S\u0105siadek i Wsp\u00f3lnicy Sp\u00f3\u0142ka jawna decided to change the form of running a business by adopting a resolution to transform a general partnership into a limited liability company.<\/p>

The transformation was based on the relevant decision<\/p>

issued by the District Court in Opole, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register on 3<\/p>

October 2022 in the case no. 7674\/22\/962.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

In light of the above, we wish to emphasize that as of the date of issue<\/p>

of the provisions, the transformed company shall have all rights and obligations<\/p>

of the transformed company pursuant to the provisions of Art. 553 of the Code of Companies<\/p>

Handlowe, the NIP and REGON numbers assigned to the company have not changed.<\/p>
